Meet Alex
Alex isn't a politician. He’s a survivor. Born into a country falling apart, he came here chasing the American Dream, only to find a nightmare of debt and low wages. He joined the Army to serve, leading troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, only to realize he was fighting for the Asset Class and oil companies, not freedom.
He came home to find the real war is right here: against landlords raising rent, corporations raising prices, and a government that ignores us. He’s a dad who knows the system is rigged; and he knows how to break it.

First-Generation American
Born in the wreckage of a failed system and raised by parents who crossed oceans not just to dream, but to survive. He knows that immigrants are not the enemy; they are the scapegoats used to distract us while the elites loot the building.
“No human being is illegal.”
Elie Wiesel
-

Father
Guarding the next generation from a future of climate collapse and algorithmic obsolescence. Fighting to ensure our children inherit a living planet and a fair economy, not just a mountain of debt and a burning sky.
“We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.”
Indigenous Proverb
-

Veteran
A combat leader who saw the "kill factory" from the inside and refused to stay silent. He knows that endless wars don't protect our freedom; they protect corporate profit margins.
“War is a racket. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.”
Major General Smedley Butler

Worker Advocate
A builder who knows that "small business" is a myth when monopolies like Amazon have God Mode. He believes wealth comes from the hands that build, care, and create; not the hedge funds that extract.
“Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed.”
Abraham Lincoln
The Platform
MONEY MONOPOLY
(Stop Credit Gatekeeping)
The Lie: Gen Z can’t get loans because they are 'financially illiterate' and lack the stability of traditional 9-to-5 employment, making them a high-risk gamble for the economy. The Truth: Traditional banks prioritize profit through interest (usury) and exclude those without legacy assets. High interest rates and rigid algorithmic credit scoring bar young adults from loans, alongside a lack of "Mutual Credit" or zero-interest community lending options.
The Fix: The "Mutual Credit & Community Banking" Act, where interest is replaced by a nominal service fee.
Chartering of Mutual Banks: Create a new federal charter for "Mutual Credit Unions" that are legally required to operate at-cost, returning all "profit" to members in the form of lower fees and near-zero interest loans.
Public Ledger Integration: Enable local municipalities to issue their own Local Mutual Currencies for the exchange of services, allowing Gen Z workers to trade labor for goods without relying on the volatility of the US Dollar.
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending Legalization: Strip away SEC hurdles that prevent individuals from pooling small amounts of capital to fund each other's startups directly, bypassing the venture capital "gatekeepers."
LAND MONOPOLY
(Stop Institutional Rent-Trapping )
The Lie: Families can't buy homes because of "red tape" or "market forces." The Truth: You are bidding against hedge funds. Private equity firms (like Blackstone) are buying up single-family homes, forcing Gen Z into permanent "rentership" while land sits as a speculative asset. The RealPage Cartel then allows landlords to digitally collude and fix rents artificially high, turning our neighborhoods into asset classes for Wall Street.
The Fix: Smash the algorithmic cartels, ban corporate ownership of single-family homes, and treat housing as essential infrastructure, investing massively in social housing and community land trusts so that every family owns the keys to their own future; not a landlord.
Abolition of Corporate Single-Family Ownership: Federally ban entities owning 5+ units from acquiring new single-family residential properties.
Occupancy-Based Taxation: Implement a Land Value Tax (LVT) that applies heavily to vacant or corporately-held land, while providing exemptions for owner-occupants.
Mutual Land Trusts (MLTs): Grant tax-exempt status to community-managed land trusts where residents own the improvements (the house) but the community owns the land collectively to prevent price gouging.
IP MONOPOLY
(Stop the IP Enclosure)
The Lie: Strict copyright and 'closed-source' AI protect creators. Without these digital walls, there would be no incentive to innovate. The Truth: You cannot "patent" your way to a thriving culture. Big Tech uses the IP Monopoly to "wall off" the digital commons, forcing younger generations into a permanent "user" class rather than a "creator" class.
The Fix: The "Innovation Freedom & Digital Commons" Act:
Our Data, Our Models: Any AI model, diagnostic software, or drug developed with public funds or data belongs to the Digital Commons. Mandate the release of AI weights and chemical formulas for generic production.
“Use It or Lose It” Patents: End "patent shelving" by forcing any medical or software patent not brought to market affordably within three years into the Public Domain. This kills "patent trolling" in both the pharmacy aisle and the app store, ensuring that cheaper, life-saving alternatives aren't suppressed to protect monopoly margins.
The Universal Right to Repair: Mandate that manufacturers provide schematics and software keys for all hardware. By ending predatory service monopolies, we stop the budget drain on hospitals and schools, redirecting those millions to social services.
AI &TARIFF MONOPOLY
(Stop the Trade Wars)
The Lie: Government shutdowns and national tariffs are necessary to 'protect' domestic industry. The Truth: These are weapons used to discipline labor and used as an excuse for the raising the cost of the technology, while the Cloud Lords are automating your job and keeping 100% of the profits.
The Fix: The "Direct Producer & Automation Dividend" Act
Automation Dividend & Shutdown Shield: If the government shuts down, politicians lose pay while workers get double. We tax the machines that replace human labor to fund a National Automation Dividend.
Destroying the Tech Barrier: Abolish tariffs on consumer-grade tech. By removing this "protection tax," we lower the entry cost for the digital economy, ensuring workers—not mega-corporations—own the tools of production.
Reciprocal Mutualist Trade: Replace corporate trade deals with Co-op-to-Co-op Agreements. Worker-owned cooperatives trade tariff-free globally, while profit-maximizing corporations pay full duties.
Supply Chain Transparency: We mandate the disclosure of all "middleman markups" and enable direct-to-producer trade, keeping the full value of labor in the hands of those who do the work.
